This plan package is perfect for members who want to stay fit and keep it simple. Active Lifestyles offers very low copays for primary care physician and gynecologist visits, as well as routine eye exams.
Option 2: Family Focus
Ideal for members with children, this option helps the entire family stay healthy, and helps you save money. Choosing Family Focus means that maternity care is fully covered, and you’ll have low or no copays for sick-child doctor visits.
Option 3: Healthy Alternatives
If you prefer to seek alternative therapies to maintain your healthy lifestyle – like massage therapy, acupuncture or chiropractic care – this package was designed for you.

Introducing MVP Catamount Choice
Offered in partnership with the state of Vermont, MVP’s Catamount Choice offers affordable coverage for individuals and their families. Coverage includes preventive and urgent care, primary care and hospital visits, and preventive dental for kids and adolescents. Catamount Health will be available to all Vermonters, regardless of income. Furthermore, many will qualify for discounted rates based on their income and family size.
